Hi kids! Ok, let’s get this settled first. Steak is meant to be eaten rare. RARE! No, you won’t get sick. The bugs are on the outside, not the inside. The outside is cooked. The inside is moist, tender, and delicious. Shannon, you’re ruining your steak! You cannot be a diva and eat overcooked steak! Will, you’re on the right track and you’re getting closer. Keep going.
Alright, now that I’ve gotten that off my chest, I’m going to get back to work and finish listening to the podcast.
Oh, and our Oct/Nov trip is 10/26 - 11/2. I can’t wait!!!! Food and Wine Fest here we come!

Jenni! I’m glad you approve of my steak cooking choice…or at least I’m moving in the right direction. And Shannon is slowly too. I think I’ll stick with getting rare steak at FINE steak places…and medium rare at average steak places. Unless the steak lady thinks differently?
And, Jenni, feel free to vent anytime! LOL. Have fun at Food and Wine Fest…I wish we could go, but it just doesn’t seem to fit in again this year. Ugh! Maybe we can sneak a quick weekend trip or something. Plus I wanna do MNSCHP!
