I can’t seem to get anything but the first 15 minutes of the pod cast, whats up?
Anyway I’m sure it’ll get fixed and I’ll try again in a day or two.
The main reason for this comment is to give you a funny anecdote on the Jungle Cruise at Disneyland.
In 1990 during a trip to Disneyland as I was exiting the boat the captain made sure to tell us to be sure to check the skies at 9:00 pm because thats what time they throw Tinkerbell off the Matterhorn and start shooting at her.
This has always stayed with me as something only a Jungle Cruise pilot could get away with saying and everytime I’m at WDW when I leave the boat I wait to hear how the captain announces the time of the fireworks show, but i’ve never heard anything like it yet.
Anyway just thought it was something fun to let you be on the look out for when you get to Disneyland.

Hey guys!

When we took Disney Cruise in Oct 2004 we were pregnant (but didnt know yet!). I would say you take a Disney Cruise before kids or else wait until they are old enough for the kids areas. taking a cruise with a little baby would be something I would not do (and arent doing). We will be taking a Disney Cruise again in a few years once kids are oldder. We have almost 3 yr old (turns 3 on May 2nd - WestFest) and 14 month old (turned one and first haircut during MouseFest 2007)

Hey Will and Shannon! I’m about half-way through episode 19 and I am really enjoying your show! I subscribed to your show waaaay back…last summer when you first started but then when I went back to work full time it was tough to keep up. Now that my husband and I are working on our own fitness goal (the DL 1/2 marathon) I have LOTS of treadmill time, and I have to say that you both really help the time fly by (and since you train on treadmills too, you know how tough that can be)!

I’m very excited to hear about your first trip to Disneyland! I hope you post your spreadsheet; your WDW spreadsheet was the inspiration for mine last summer for our first WDW trip! And I’m thrilled to hear that you are thinking about a Disney Cruise! We went on our first last year and loved it! In fact, we are going again this June!

Anyways, I’m really looking forward to many miles on the treadmill while listening to you! Fun podcast!!!

I’ve been getting to know your show this weekend……. and I LIKE it!!! You two are a great pair and podcast well together.

I would love to hear Shannon “rock out” with karaoke. At one point, their was going to be a earl-i-oke get together, but it seems to have fallen to the wayside. Who better to bring it up again, then Will and Shannon!!(get in touch with coconutwireless on DPN)

The restaurant reviews are good and basic. I haven’t been to WDW since ‘88 so a lay-man’s review is what I can understand.

Don’t worry Will you’ve got a fan supporter in me….but, you and Shannon are such a team, I can’t segregate.

Shannon is definitely the singer in the family! And I give her some DAP because she practiced once or twice before tackling “Rockstar”. And it was supposed to be more of a Duet with Shannon/Hannah (w/me softly on background vocals). I had Hannah turned down too much. Oh well! So any “off” vocals were due to a lack of practicing IMHO. You should hear Shannon rock out karaoke.

WOW…that’s all I can say is …WOW! I really thought the vocals were interesting…(That’s a safe word…LOL…JK). Shannon has a nice tone to her voice. Her pitch was for the most part “ON”. Now Will on the other hand…honestly, I heard you state that you were tone deaf, but there were a few bars of you singing the song where you were singing harmony notes (whether you knew it or not) and then you switched at the end of the chorus where you were hitting the lead notes in tune with Shannon. So on a scale from one to ten (realizing that it wasn’t a full performance mode audition), I give Shannon an 8 and Will a gracious 6..hehe….you’re both moving on to Hollywood for round 2 of American Idol…LOL.

Okay, gotta finish listening now…i’ll be back for my full review.

Dan, the music at the beginning is from the Disney Dreams Come True parade, which is the 3pm daily MK parade. We feel in love with that parade, the music, and the meaning. So we decided that was a good intro song for our show! Plus I (Will) like to dance to it before I start talking on the show…LOL. I can’t remember where I got it, but I can e-mail the file (5 MB) to you if you want.

Hey, Kristen! Hidden Minnie…okay….when you enter the part where you are about to get onto the ride, the wall has the “Hollywood” scene painted on it. About in the center-bottom there is a hut. To the upper right of that hut is a palm tree. Extending off the left bottom of that palm tree is a large palm leaf. Just off the end of that palm leaf is a dark shadow…that is the hidden Minnie. Now, when we entered to board the ride, they were already full, so my family was the only one in the line when the doors closed. They delayed for some reason, took out a flashlight and pointed it out to us. It isn’t very obvious. You really have to be looking for it. Hope that helps. Sorry for using up a lot of your comment space, Will and Shannon.
I mean, what kind of guy would take up all this space with just jibberish after jibberish after jibberish. You figure I would have something to say regarding the podcast instead of just going on and on and on about a little hidden Minnie. But I can’t disappoint the fans…you understand. So, I will quit taking up all this space with my on vain selfishness…. The Other Will for President!!

Nice to sort of meet you Other Will and family! And as always, nice to hear from you, Will and Shannon - I appreciate you keeping me company this afternoon at work (yes, it’s Saturday :().

You guys need to plan a trip for Oct. 24 - 31, cause I think that’s when our next trip is going to be. That way I could finally meet my favorite kids! You’d finally get to go to Party for the Senses (on the 25th - it’s always on Saturdays) and we’d have such a great time drinking all that lovely champagne - I love bubbles :D)! And all that wonderful food from all those talented chefs…I can’t wait!

I haven’t had time to listen to the podcast–what’s this about a KIDDO??? Are we having a BABY?? Here it is 7:20 and I’m still at work and I havne’t listened to either of the last two and I read KIDDO!! Ok, somebody catch me up!!

Oh, and baby or no baby, if your scheme went through, you’ve got more points than we can dream of so I want to be adopted, too. Forget my offer to adopt you - it should now be the other way around! Take pity on the old, overworked (Shannon, I know you are, too!), and poor!

Love to you both, and if you’re preggers, I will explode with excitement!!!! Somebody get me a computer I can dowload from!!! NOW!!!

Kristen pointed out that on some days we have 2 ADR’s at the same time. Well this is what happens when you have 3 people planning a trip. LOL. I left these ADR’s in because we might either pick the earlier time (in the case of ‘Ohana dinner on the 16th) or the alternate restaurant. The Dysfunctional SuperMommy likes to have choices, so she’ll book more than one place. Once she finally makes the decision, she’ll cancel the alternate one. I didn’t want to forget all the ADR combinations we have, so I left them all in on the sheet. But then this confuses everyone (except me).

Jenni - Rock Band sounds like something we’d enjoy! Maybe we can sit in with the Doodle and Bug. LOL. Are you enjoying the game?

Concerning the Master Planning Spreadsheet…I know I need to stay on it. It’s this short trip that’s messing me up! Especially after planning our nice loooooong summer trip. Funny thing is we’ve talked about laminating it! But then sometimes I like to write on it…hmm…permanent marker then? Actually what I really want is one of those armbands that NFL Quarterbacks where that have the plays on it…that would ROCK!!!

Yeah, we wish you could be there for Willabration as well! We’ll record lots of audio and video so everyone can feel as if they were there…with all the woo-HOOS from Shannon included.

Shannon appreciates the love…she’s off again in the middle of a 4 day work stretch. yikes!

That’s your cell phone beeping? I’m listening to the very end as I type this and I’ve been taking off my headphones every few seconds making sure it’s not mine! Note to self: read comments BEFORE listening…

If you guys liked singing that much, you should come stand in line with me and the rest of the world tonight as we hope to get our copy of Rock Band, the new PS3 and XBox game (it comes in PS2 also, which you guys must have). It comes bundled with a drum set (I’m finally going to learn to play the drums!!), a guitar (for Lynn) and a mike (me again!). I think it will be so much fun!! My own 2 person rock band! “Jenni and the Old Guy”…”Pink and Woofer”…”Doodle and Bug”…just don’t know yet, but I’m sure we’ll be famous in 30 more years or so (let’s see, I’ll be 79 and he’ll be 82 by then)!

Will, keep on with that spreadsheet - are you *SURE* 8 1/2 x 11 is big enough? It can’t possibly be! Even mine was bigger than that! And it must be laminated! What if it rains? And then there are the 3 x 5’s, and the touring plans (ding)…oh, sorry, I got carried away there. I sure wish I was going to be there for Willabration! You all have a great time, and don’t let Shannon work herself to death before you go! Nurses work way too hard anyway (sending ya’ some love, Shannon!)!

Jenni, you’re back!! And correcting my Disney pronunciation. We want a trip report! Especially since this was your first trip, correct??? Yup, Shannon has a big pet peeve of negligent parents. I wasn’t sure if I should leave it in or not. Meh, if people hated it, they’d just blame Shannon…LOL… Glad you enjoyed all the audio. I’d never hear of PFTS before. The quick research I just did on it makes it sound fantastic! We’ve ALWAYS wanted to go for F&W. Maybe next year? I posted pictures up on flickr of us with your 2 favorite rats (just search “Magic Never Ends” or “Emile” or “Remy”).

I have a plan…we’ll record some marathon shows for you (shouldn’t be too hard :D) and then you can work your overtime…and then you’ll be back to WDW in no time!

Will! Not Jinko! What am I going to do with you!?! Shannon, smack him over the head. Loved the intro this time - the Teenage Disney Geek’s little sister sounds so adorable! And Shannon, you’re already showing signs that you’ll be a good mom, getting irritated at parents not paying attention to their kids on the bus ride to AK…just saying…
Loved the audio from the trip. Hey, only from you guys would we get undergarment tips! And ‘riding’ Expedition Everest with you was a blast! Loved It’s Tough to be a Bug, too. Scary sounding thunder I could do without, though.

We’ve just been back a little over a week and I can’t wait to go back. AKL was terrific, view was terrific, EVERYTHING was terrific! Unfortunately, hubby wants to save up the money first (what a concept). I don’t know if I can wait that long to see Remy & Emile again (I have a real thing for Remy). If I keep working overtime…at least I have you two to keep me company while I work.

We loved the Food & Wine Festival during our trip, especially Party for the Senses. You guys need to go and do audio for the podcast next year - it would be so funny to hear the interpretation of PFTS from the two of you!!

Hopefully, by 2:30 this afternoon, US Air willing, Lynn and I will be embracing the magic for ourselves!!! Woohoo!!! Phyllis and Matt (voice over guy) - you guys really brought a fun sound to this twosome podcast. I love the interaction from all of you. This was definitley a big plus in my book.
