Kristen, sorry you’re continuing to have problems downloading the episode. I’ve contacted tech support (again) to ask (again) they look at this issue people are having. Hopefully they’ll resolve this issue. Again, sorry!

Tech Support migrated us to a new server yesterday. I’m wondering (and HOPING!) that fixed the issue.
