Selena Gomez Music Details Revealed!
Selena Gomez is a successful TV actress, budding fashionista and now is ready to take on the music scene! Unlike her other Disney pop star friends though, she has decided to make it a group effort by forming a band.
Selena Gomez and the Scene is the name of the Wizards of Waverly Place star’s musical group.
Selena Gomez has been excitedly revealing details about her music, including lots of awesome pictures through her Twitter.
She revealed the cover art for her debut album, Kiss & Tell (see below).
Gomez tweeted: “Here it is!!! I can’t wait for you guys to hear it!”
“It’s fun pop, and it has a dance beat to it. I’ve been working on it for two years, so let’s hope that it’s good.”
Kiss & Tell will be available in stores and iTunes September 29th. A date Selena is VERY excited for: “September 29th cannot come soon enough!!!!!”

The music video “Falling Down” will air after the Wizards of Waverly Place The Movie, which airs on the Disney Channel Friday, August 28, 2009 at 8 pm EST. Selena thinks that the debut of her music video “is all so crazy!!!”
Gomez even hinted at future concert dates!!!
“I cannot wait for you guys to come out and see a show, coming soon!!!!”
I cannot wait either!!! I’ll be sure to purchase tickets as soon as they become available!
After “Falling Down” premiered on the radio, she quickly updated her fans on Twitter. Fellow Disney star and BFF, Demi Lovato congratulated and supported Selena. Here’s their Twitter exchange:
Selena: Yes, I just sat in my car alone crying because I heard my song on the radio for the first time ever!!! I hope you guys liked it!!

I’m excited about hearing the songs from “Kiss & Tell.” I already love “Falling Down” so I am sure Selena’s other songs will sound great!!
“Falling Down” is playable on Selena’s MySpace page now and will be available on iTunes August 25!

listen smart one there are not the band or music group for wizards of waverly place……the group is called “selena gomez and the scene” specifacily she made her own band/group for her own album or record……on disney channel she mentioned ” the songs on the wizards sound track are not really me. but my own sound track will be more out there and cray but apropriate”-selena gomez, you need to get your facts striaght HER not WIZARDS album is called “kiss and tell” it doesnt say “the wizards of waverly place group= selena gomez and the scene” it says “selena gomez and the scene” so please dont pass a rumor arounf saying this is the official band for wizards…..if i were you i would go back and fix your heading or blog thing

Anelise, thanks for leaving a comment. I’m sorry if you misunderstood my post. I didn’t mean that Selena Gomez and the Scene is a band for the Disney Channel Original Series, Wizards of Waverly Place. That’s good you’re up-to-date on your Selena news.
